Entrepreneur Spiros Paliuras celebrates his birthday the same date as his name day, December 12, St. Spyridon's Feast.
And since Christmas is around the corner, this year he combined the three occasions, serving with his wife Callie hosts to a beautiful gathering at their warm Manhasset, Long Island, home, bringing together friends and relatives to toast to health and happiness, as another year was about to go by and a new one was waiting to come in. Food, drinks, dance, but most importantly friendliness and warm feelings were the spotlights of the night. "I prefer this kind of celebrations," Spiros Paliuras said. "In the bigger, more formal Christmas parties, you loose yourself among guests."
"This way we are all together from the moment we start until the early morning hours, when we go to sleep," his wife Callie chimed in.
Spiros Paliuras is founder and President of C.S.P.N. Paliuras Construction, which for more than 30 years has helped owners deal with the issues and enjoy the process of building. The company has received Queens Chamber of Commerce 1st Prize Award Winner for 2008 and First Prize Building Award for 2004.
